When I joined IBM 4 Years back, I started work as reporting analyst. I have been analyzing mostly account data for change/incident/problem management processes. Goal of this job was to identify defects, fix it , measure back and follows. (Plan-DO-Check-ACT - known as Demyng cycle)As I was always keen to learn, I decided to accept new challenge as Change manager leader. Being a Change leader give me the chance to be involved in my multiple Ineteresting IT project . Let me share with you some of them : WAN/LAN migrations of up to 300 sites, Multiple Firmwhare Upgrades oh Exi hosts/ power frames, Data centre migrations etc. Disk virtualization. Through this period of time I have developed as well mentoring skill – I was teaching other employees about Change management process) I can say that past two years, I have seen more than thousands of NW related changes. I have proven myself, and I was shortly promoted. Due to ongoing challenges on of my current client, I became a Sharepoint Service availability manager. As my client business strategy is to host multivendor environment, I have been closely working with multiple vendors to create RACI matrix. Implementation of RACi improved the overall customer satisfaction and as well it improved collaboration between multiple vendors. As an outcome of RACI, we as well realized that there is an urgent need to create Operational Level manual between each other.( OLA). In my current roll as Shareopint SAM/NAM,I perform managerial tasks related to various areas of Service Management area. I am well aware of ITIL principles as this methodology is wildly used within IBM.
